Get hold of the weekly programme that is followed by all CrossFit TG athletes. The
weekly programme is split into daily 1) Strength, 2) Metcon workouts and works on a three-tired
system: Develop, Train and Compete. With each workout you are provided with a clear breakdown of the
movements and the recommended loadings along with notes regarding how best to preform the workouts.
Every workout makes up part of a structured periodised cycle (usually 8 weeks long) to support you
to reach your optimal fitness level.
Want to focus on specific skills such as, pull ups, double unders, handstands? Then TG
you with 1:1 PT time to hone your skills to perfect any CrossFit movement. Think of it as ‘extra
curricular’ to supplement your training.
On top of the TG Weekly programme you will be provided with weekly programming designed
holes you may have it your CrossFit game! This programme is tailored to your needs and is reserved for
those serious about competing. You will also have access to continuous Coach support and regular
